To start a return, reach us via the contact page with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items should be unused, with the heating components included.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full - no need to return the item.
