How does the heating work?

Slim heating pads sit across the back and shoulders and run off a standard USB power bank. Use the controller to cycle through the heat levels.

Will it fit me?

Yes. The Cozy Grump is cut oversized on purpose and fits the whole household, petite to 3XL.

Is it safe to wear?

The pads run on low-voltage USB power (5V) - the same as charging a phone - with automatic shutoff. No mains voltage ever touches the fabric.

How do I wash it?

Pop the heating pads out of their pockets, remove the power bank, and machine wash cold on gentle. Air dry, then slide the pads back in.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 24-48 hours and typically arrive in 8-15 business days anywhere in the US. Shipping is free.
